You will be flying to OR Tambo International airport in Johannesburg where one of the staff members of AMATHANDA will meet you and then commence on a 2.5-hour drive to our lodge in the Limpopo province.
A deposit will be required of the quotation given upon confirmation of your booking this is to ensure the date of the safari is set on our calendar. The balance will be payable upon completion of your South African safari.
Documents needed:
Copy of your passport.
A client contract form between AMATHANDA and each member of the traveling group needs to be filled out. (Will be e-mailed to you).
Once all the documents are received an invitation to hunt letter will be emailed to you.
Any non-hunters are more than welcome to be part of this African adventure.
Non-hunting activities include:
-18 rounds of golf
-Visit the crocodile and snake farm
-Curio shopping
-Spa treatment
-Elephant interaction at the elephant sanctuary
-Numerous game drives

Depending on the time of year you are on safari we would recommend the following:
– Passports, plane tickets, and Visas
-Suntan lotion
-Personal toiletries
-Binoculars
– Comfortable winter jackets for the early mornings and late evenings
-Sandals
-Comfortable shoes and socks that can handle the rocky and grassland terrain.
– Comfortable clothes (No bright colors for hunting)
-Good sunhat and sunglasses
